Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I had, which was not facing the busy street, was small but entirely adequate, boasting a very comfortable bed. It was clean, although I did notice some ants by the shower that should probably be taken care of. The service provided by the property was super attentive, with friendly and very helpful staff, especially the lady at reception and the driver who took us to Allenby crossing. The hotel's location, slightly out of town but practically next door to the Four Seasons and the Sheraton, in one of the most prestigious areas in the capital, was quite convenient. The dining experience was decent, especially considering I am a vegetarian. If you're looking for a spot just a short drive from downtown Old Amman with great service and a comfortable stay, this hotel is worth considering.
The hotel is located in one of the most prestigious areas in the capital, Amman, offering a pleasant stay with friendly service. The rooms have a slight issue with odors but provide a peaceful ambiance away from the busy street. The dining experience, while varied, could use improvement in certain aspects.
